Dreamwaver | Server Behaviors Pro?

I am building a shopping cart for my site. Here is the problem I am encountering:

- I connected to my localhost database in dreamweaver
- I formed a new recordset (qeury) for product category a
- I set it up to view horizontal & vertical columns via an extension called horizontal looper repeat region (tom muck: developer)

- I have the page set to display 3 rows and 3 columns which is 9 records
- I have a total of 18 records in this category so I would like to build a page 2 in the same fashion to start with product 10 ...where I left off.

- Issue 1: when I go to build a new page it starts from product 1 again.
- Issue 2: In 'recordset paging' under server behaviors, I input a next button but I am not sure how it will link me to the page 2 I need to create.


Any database/dreamweaver pro's know how to attack this?
