What do I need to change to give the site a better feel?

(to others reading this) i realize that this is a MFA site, for the record...

but, referring to the attached screenshot, first of all, no one likes those adbright ads, they're terrible annoying - but that's not really the issue... the HOME link is an adbright ad! - i think that's terrible.

so i'm gonna get off that topic (there are obviously way too many ads, and they're all very annoying)... so on to the layout:

a lot of the content is way too tight... there's no breathing room and it's tough to figure out where to look. (see screenshot2). you have to separate the posts more. either put them in boxes, or display less of them and space them out more... i don't know, but you should do something about them. maybe make the title of the articles on a red background, and then box off the different articles.... almost how this forum separates postings.

also, no copyright info at the bottom? or a sitemap or legal/privacy notice? that's usually expected to be there.

it could use some work - but it's not a bad layout... it's definitely going in the right direction.

I changed the ad links. Also I'm going to work on the layout and text size. should be done after thanksgiving. I'll post here when done.

I have the content in boxes with spacing. I change the ad links but need to wait for them to update their systems. I'm not sure about color

I have a redesign in the works. I will post it here when its done should be about a week. I will post it here for review first. Nicer layout with less ads.

Login in doesn't sound right.... probably should just be Log in.

they layout is nice.... you pulled it together pretty well.
