Does anybody know where I can source graphics like these from?

Go to deviantart.com, and select the custom/icons section. There are several collections out there that have art similar to what you're wanting.

I found the exact website were the icons came from, it happens to be the Microsoft clipart website at http://office.microsoft.com/clipart

For the people icons, for example, do a search for "heads" and loads come up. They are all free downloads, but you have to have Microsoft Office in order to be able to access the files.
