the layout (design) is pretty nice...

but there are a bunch of things you need to work on.

first check out the screenshot attached. this is how it looks in firefox. you should design for a mozilla based browser (like firefox) then fix it for IE.

fixing the navigation should be a priority, but before you do that, you need a doctype (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/doctype/). this is an essential element to have a properly functioning website.

once you add a doctype (i recommend using HTML 4.01 Strict), start fixing your HTML (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yodaphone.com%2F) errors.

Then fix the navigation. and you want to check it in Firefox, Safari, IE6 and IE7. this site (http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE) will show you how to install multiple versions of IE.

in the future, you may want to read up on creating table-less pages (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/) and using CSS for layout (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/practicalcss/)

again, nice design - but you need to work on the structure a little.

that should give you a big boost in the right direction - sorry it's so much to throw at you all at once - but looking into these suggestions is only going to make you better at what you do.

With most of it. Prioritize the menu, bigger. Resize the size of the items, for a better website structure.
