I am playing with making my site. I am in need of help for a script. I need it to link to a login page to accept a username and password then to another page where the can input a text message then submit it. Once submitted it updates the pagea and adds it to the webpage. Any one that can help would be appreciated. I cant seem to get it right.

You never will get it right, since JavaScript cannot do that. You need a server-side script such as PHP, CGI or ASP.

Then can you suggest any way of going about it. A website that might possibly be able to help?

It depends, what language(s) does your server support? Can you use PHP, ASP or CGI? If so, you can ask in its respective forum here.
