what if others purposely click on my adsense to ban me.

According to google adsense they ban your account if you click on ads in your own websites repeatedly.
what if i click on my competitors ads again and again so that google bans him.
or what if others want to do the same so that google bans my adsense account.
If there any policy for this?

Google has the right to ban who ever they want. If someone did that to you from the same IP range again and again then yes they would ban you and you would have to prove to them that it wasn't you.

I think CompguyPete had an issue with this too... some probably well-meaning person got click-happy, thinking that they were 'helping' by multiple-clicks and got him banned from the Adsence program... See my "SAVE ANA" link in my sig, -I think the information is still there, towards the bottom of the site.
There is a redress process I am sure, but it probably is more trouble than it's worth.
Myself, -I'd like to see something set-up to make 'more than one or two click per IP-address per day', not count... Keep it real.
