Display issue? What do you mean by you're using integrated graphics for now? Do you have an add-on (PCI, etc.) graphics card that's not working?
As for the USB mouse... Check the connections of the USB hub inside the computer. If other things work with it, then is there a special driver that needs to be installed for it? If other things work with the USB and the mouse has no special driver, maybe the mouse itself is just defective? Try it on another computer.
Most USB devices should be supported and work out the box.
Check the internal connections as Eric has stated.
Also check that the PSU has enough wattage to power the devices AND the mobo because this is possibly one problem, the PSU may be delivering the juice to the hardware like hard drives but the mobo is not powering up because the PSU cant supply enough of a regulated supply. Or the other possibility is that the PSU has a faulty rail.

thanks for the replies, i figured it out now. i think the ram must have been in the incorrect spots, cause i took one out, and used the pci-e vid card and it works fine. i appreciate your replies
He meant he was using on-board video.
Yeah, usually if you are getting no video...First things first...reseat ram..and if you have multiple sticks..try one at a time. Also, reseating your video card can sometimes do the trick (not in this case though, due to onboard).
