When I try to access my Internet Banking by clicking Log On I get an error message Javascript:setLogin(1) and prevents access. My OS is Vista Home Premium.

Please help. I don't much about computers.

There's nothing you can do about that, it's probably your banking website's error. You should probably contact them.

Before you do that, you should make sure you have JavaScript enabled and try again.

I contacted the bank and they could access my bank a/c using my password. Does not work with my m/c. Also, software channel permisions were enabled.But still doesn't work.

I don't know what m/c means. Nor do I know what 'software channel permissions' means. But in any case, it's absurd to not be able to access your account on your bank's website. Get a new computer.


I'm just kidding - that wasn't supposed to be mean (not really). Anyway, sorry I can't help more. I don't know what to tell you.

I have changed the Mozilla browser from Internet Explorer7. Everything is fine now
