BASIC Flash Tutorials

Hey, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction here. I've decided to expand my skills into learning flash animation. I've got a copy of adobe flash CS3 and I have absolutely no clue how to use it. I can't even find a basic tutorial on flash that uses adobe CS3. Can anybody tell me where to start?

P.S. I'm not into actionscript right now, obviously, I just need the bare bone basics. Thanks.

And I'd suggest learning Actionscript 2 a good bit before you jump into ActionScript 3. You'll find many more resources for AS2.
