Help Creating Drop Down Menus like this...

Can someone help me learn how to create drop down menus like the ones found on this site:
http://www.caadac.org/
When you hover over "About CAADAC" you get a drop down menu.

Numerous ways are possible. Do some Google searches for dynamic drop down menus or if you use Dreamweaver and have the resources to plop some resources into the best drop down's you'll ever find PVII does.
