Looking for IIS for Windows XP home

Hi there, I'm hoping to start dabbling with PHP and MYSQL - I'm trying to piece together all the things I need. I've downloaded PHP & MYSQL but I think I also need something called 'Internet information service' (IIS). I've tried to find it on the web but can't find it. I'm using the home version of Windows XP. Is it possible to download a free copy of this that will work on Windows XP?
