I run a sugar cookie website (www.granatus.com), so as you can imagine during the Holiday season its very important to be on top of everything. Since building my website, I've had one major problem that I never fixed (mainly because I couldn't figure out how). Every time I changed a page (whether it was prices, new products, etc.) the old page would still be there when I went to my site, and I would have to hit "F5" to refresh the screen.
BAM! The new content would appear.
That's great for me but there are a lot of old people and computer illiterate people who are looking for gifts, and people who have already checked out our page in the past who will come back to visit and see the same unchanged page. They might order and not know the S&H prices have changed, or that we offer a Holiday Sampler or other such tin.
There has to be a way to make a computer auto-refresh every time it comes to your page, no? Because it's really bad (especially for a business) if people can only see the old information.
Help, please! (and I hope this thread made sense lol)
