Align tables!

Ive got a page with two tables for navigation. The address is http://gnb.clans.cc
The table that has more content in is at the top of page and the other one is a bit of space underneath! The top property doesnt work!

hate to say this but... why don't you use css for layout?

How exactly? Ive used it once b4 as u know. But I dunno how to use the sheets (.css).
How would I add the coordinates for the table as top wont work? Ill submit my page, you cant use the code for anything except reading!

here, the place where oval is must be at top and same size as left.

LEFT MUST BE SAME HEIGHT AS RIGHT

it'll probably take some time to sort this out - there's a lot of code there.

1) In the screenshot, should I be seeing anything in the blank white squares down the side?

2) And also is the forum in a frame or something?

Yes, the links are white. Maybe it would be easier if you downloaded the page from the url(http://gnb.clans.cc/) then you would see the images too.

The forum is in an i-frame.

its not the page that loads first, thats just the redirection page. Its redirects to http://home.tiscalinet.ch/banditsclan/
its on that page, the direct url is http://home.tiscalinet.ch/banditsclan/index_new.htm
