Flash MX Buttons in Dreamweaver

When you create a flat Flash page with interactive text buttons - And then save it as a SWF file and then add this file into a dreamweaver page - -- When you preview the page should the text buttons work?

I added the Action code URL's to the buttons in Flash MX but should these links work when previewed and added into a Dreamweaver HTML page?

Are you previewing it in a "live" environment, or just on your local machine?

I'm previewing it on just my own computer? I don't have any pages uploaded onto a server yet? Is this reason why my links don't work?

Yes, load it on a web server, first, then see if your links work.
