I'll explain a bit... This guy caught me on MSN Messenger (my first mistake... ;)) and asked what I was doing. Told him I was programming a script that nurses would uses to fill out forms and receive textual output based on thier input. He then asked for the script :rolleyes: which I obviously couldn't give him (around 4000 lines of custom code and counting) so that is what this post is all about... So, the basic answer is still "no".

luke, we can't. Pyro is bound by his confidentiality agreement with his customer, and the rest of us don't have a clue what the script does, even less the desire to write a 4,000 line script to satisfy some kids whim.

Also, if you are new to php or whatever he is doing the script in, and he is advanced, what makes you think you will have a clue about what a 4,000 line s of professional grade scripting is doing? If you want to use the script it will need to be edited, and knowing what to change and where would be pretty hard if you dont understand it. But if you know php and actually know whats going on and aren't just phesudo code undertsting it then this doesnt apply to you.

Ummm, I hope your next post is something like what php function do I need to echo a domain, (which of course you could find out also but if you're asking something like that, at least it means you've learnt a bit about perl and how it works, and I'd be able to answer that you could use use the Perl SubStr function or even regular expressions:

Luke ftp is much more conveiniant then web based upload forms trust me you will learn to love ftp in time. I dont know what I would do without ftp.

Just to say something in favour of luke0. He is a genuine and upright person!!!

I think it was on Nov. 13th, I became a member here. Due to the fact, that I've never done anything but passively browsing fora (forums) I was and still am an absolute newbie to how to behave, how to treat others and how being treated. The very first day of my membership, I got a personal message from luke0 and I dealt with it - not profoundly, but I dealt with it...

To come to the point - AND THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT!!! - he is honest. He calls himself a spammer and he definately is spamming the forums.

So what?? :D :rolleyes: :( :p

His approaches are not harmful and nobody is obliged to react.

This is aboslutely correct. I didn't think much of FTP a while back, didn't even know what it was. Then, I got some info from the guys here on it -- thanks a lot -- and I downloaed WS_FTP LE. Now, I do not know what I would do without it.


Two) Why don't we all take it down a notch on Luke0 here, aight? I just read through here, and you people were being quite rude to him.
