web page created in Frontpage dosen't display properly in Firefox

I am working on a web page for a non profit group. The complete site was created in Frontpage and looks fine in explorer but doesn't display properly in Firefox. On this page http://scubafest.org/Exhibitorinfo.htm the bullet in front of Reserve a booth are on the same line in explorer, the way I want it but, in Firefox the line is a line down. I am new here and new here and relatively new to web sites.

Get rid of the paragraph tag(s) inside the table row:
