I want to parse XML from MySQL or a XML file.

I want to do it like this: collegehumor.com/moogaloop/video:2

How did they done "video:x" where x is the id?
Is that PHP? How can be done?

What I want to say is the ":" in the url ...

Any code will be very apreciated.
