Hi Everyone...I'm new to this forum, so hopefully I'm not asking a dumb question, but I've searched through the forum and can't find anything on this.
Anyways...I need to design a site where people can give and receive advice on various topics for a non-profit organization. I'd like for them to also be able to create limited personal profiles, similiar to Facebook or Myspace.
I'm pretty decent at HTML, and I know a tiny bit of PHP. I've looked at using PHPIzabi (http://www.phpizabi.net/), but other than that I'm not quite sure what to do.
Any advice or starting points at all would be very greatly appreciated.
