I was asked to create a database for a pretty old system (133MHz,64MB RAM,Win98,no internet or other connection). As you can understand it is not possible to set a server on such an old PC except if there is a server that needs low memory. The only solution that came to my mind was to create an xml database. However, there is a requirement for it to be edited by a user who doesn't have any experience in programming. As a result I need to create a form that can edit the xml files,or at least create the code which later on will be transfered in the xml file.As far as I have researched this not possible without a server or ASP,but I think it is by using XFORMS.Do you believe there is another method that can help me?
Thank you beforehand.
