Quick Links/"Unanswered Posts"

I've noticed that the "unanswered posts" link is cookie-based. Can this be changed, so that every time I click on it, I get only "unanswered" posts, instead of the list when I first clicked on it? (screenshot attached)

It simply returns all threads with zero replies, newest to oldest. As long as a thread has zero replies it will return when you click that link. There isn't anything more to it.

So, do you think, then, that it's a caching thing, related to my browser?

I see what you mean now. No, it's more likely that it's a Cron that runs every hour or so. I just clicked again and it said "generated 50 minutes ago", which leads me to this conclusion.
