I had a hard time reading the site (just looking at the home-page). The reason is that there is too much going on; too many links and options to go to. I would recommend displaying only the essential on the homepage (actually this is a good tip in general for any page) and also adding some more white space to make it easier on the eye.
Btw (offtopic). Damn, you got quite a lot of posts there! :eek:

it took a long time to load for some reason...
and Mania is right, it is a little confusing.
people can only remember and focus on only up to 7 different objects. so, you really want less than 7 main links on your home page, and less than 7 different sections, or groups of items (by that i mean the header, the top links, the main content, ads, footer, etc...)
there are just too many options for the user to choose from, as Mania said.

and do you really have 4,294,967,294 posts? that's crazy.

Maybe next time, you could use css+div.

oh boy - you have no doctype (http://www.alistapart.com/stories/doctype/). Then, you ended the head twice. And you should add <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> somewhere inside the head section.
In your CSS - everything needs a unit: you can't do width:140; you need to do width:140px;
When you're done with that, re-validate your html (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.movingcompanies.co.il%2F) and css (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css21&warning=0&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.movingcompanies.co.il%2F)

I've got some overlap on the about us page - the footer covering the blond bottom right

I would definitely echo what has already been said.
I would rethink your main menu so that it has 4 or 5 items, not 8. See if you place some of the lesser important links to another menu. Also it doesn't look like a menu.
