Can you guys go here (http://www.thedandygroup.com/test/flash/) and take a look at the flash intro I built and let me know if I did ok and if it looks like it matches with my main site here (http://www.thedandygroup.com/)? I'm open to any and all comments. Thank you. :D

Cool. It does match, it's very eye catching (maybe there's too much going on at times, but hey).

The only thing I would complain about is under site updates:

We just went through a major overhaul and are in the progress of finishing up the site. Thank you for your patients.

Thank us for our patience NOT our patients!!! LOL.

Ohh... Whoops. I fixed it and did a few other changes. Is it ok now?

The Flash Intro is very nice. I must give you Mad Props.

Some of the text is a bit hard to read, either due to the fact that it isn't around long enough, or the way it fades in and out. Also, you might want to think about adding some background sound (and perhaps a way to turn it off, though that's not as important for an intro as it would be if we were talking about a regular site).

professional (double S) - under 'our services' (possibly just UK spelling - maybe not in America?.)

We have just added - under site updates

Our skilled staff is committed - under 'about us' - 'is' should be 'are' (plural staff)

with day to do maintenance - 'day to day' I'd say - under 'about us'

And I think that's just about everything! (or is this just the pedantic way of speaking english we have in England?)

And yes, maybe slowing the animation down a little would help - leaving the letters onscreen for a split-second longer!

lol, I liked the "Does your site suck?" part :D

It took some time to load, but I'm at work and the network here is always slow. I'd have to agree that some of the text is a little difficult to read, but not impossible.

I updated the spelling and grammar like you suggested and toatally changed the intro. Some of you saw the old version and some of you saw the new version. Please go here (http://www.thedandygroup.com/test/flash/) and see the new version and then give me any new thoughts you guys have. Thanks. :D

Yes, it's the one I saw in my second post. It's still a tad fast - the human eye will follow everything as it appears and know what it says, but it prefers to have the entire thing onscreen at the same time to read it normally. That's my theory anyway. :D lol
