I am just starting to learn CSS. My web background is with FrontPage and Dreamweaver 8. Can anyone suggest non-techie resources to begin my learning of CSS?

Check out the videos on Lynda.com. The CSS superstars, i.e. Eric Meyer, Andy Clarke, and Molly (can't recall her surname) all have great titles on there. I subscribed to their premium plan for a few months, and can't recommend it highly enough. You'll probably end-up wanting a Mac + TextMate though.
