Sending data from a form to a Email Address

I have an issue with a website im creating.
I want to take the data that the enters into a form i have created and when i they press the submit button the data turns up in a list form in a email like;

Name
Telephone
Email
Message
Etc...

Can someone help me with this as im stuck on how to approach it.
