I want to come across fun and creative without being cheesey.

I know I don't have a menu yet for this subdomain - right now I'm just working on the overall design concept.

Any thoughts?

Looks great! I'd recomend 2 things:
1) Try to reformat the positioning of the three content boxes.... It would be nice to be able to see all three of those main ideas right up front, rather than needing to scroll down... but that's really minor...
2) You might get some spam, seeing as you've created a direct link to your email. Id recomend creating a CGI script that will email you from a text box on the site.
Other than that, AMAZING! (it's amazing anyway, but those are the only two things I'd really consider.

if i were looking for someone to create my website, i'd like to see a portfolio.

also, i agree with saintpretz59, you should try to avoid any mailto: links on your page, as you will get a lot of spam using this.

also, to make your life easier, i'd make the contact thing a form so that the user could give you a better idea of what they're looking for (how many pages on the site, or if they have graphics or need you to make them, timeframe, etc...)

as everyone else said, it's a really nice site. good job with it!
