Not sure if this is why, but if you put a text box in the form does it give you something?

You may have to define a value for the options, so when they select one it has the selected name, and the form knos what is called.

I'm not sure of the code so I cant be much help soz.

for some reason I jsut couldnt think of the code to give him for value in options. Strange, kind of a simple think to forget lol, mind went blank.

You have lots of lines that start <OPTION> For example one part looks like :

What we are saying is that in each option tag you should have the value set to the text next to it. For example instead of it lookinglike it does above, each one should be like:

it seems to be a outlook express problem cause in netscape based mail it works fine
