... Beautiful site. Nice images, relaxing feeling viewing this.
Noted that some images seem to 'float over' the text, obscuring it. This can because of a few reasons (easily repaired). In IE, the images are fine, probably because IE is incorrectly handling something but showing what you wanted/expected to do...
Noticed the scrollbar is on the left in IE (using rtl, correct behaviour), and in Firefox, the scrollbar is on the right. Hmm... I have seen the code that changes this, which (rtl) is correct for the page/language. This should be working for Fx as well, as your target market audience might be (as I was) momentarily confused as to where the scrollbars were...)
Very thoughtful site, well done! :)

As I am just getting into web development, I apoligise if I use the wrong terminology here and there but my critique should still be relevant.
I viewed your 3 sites in IE7 and Mozilla Firefox 2.0
From the outset all 3 sites are very visually appealing, fresh and classy.
Some things I did notice (which are pretty picky - sorry!)
karlovyvary:
IE7&MF: In the main banner text 'karlovy vary', the right side of the letter 'y' has been cut off.
Also, in the flash banner (I assume it's done in flash) on the second screen the text reads 'Because evryone needs a little pampring' the words 'evryone' and 'pampring' appear to be spelt incorrectly - or is this a design feature?
If it is a design feature and a play on words, I suggest you drop it and spell it correctly. I think it detracts from the overall professional look.
On the main page the 4 paragraphs of text with the dividing dotted rule render differently: IE7 looks better as the bottom of the rules line up correctly with the bottom of the paragraph text whereas they look a bit messy in MF. Probably a css issue.
restauraceucermaka:
The flash banner: IE7&MF - I find the plate pic sliding in from the top r/h corner a bit distracting and you can see the hard edge at the bottom. It may be more effective if it just slid in from the right only.
Also the left side of the pic might look better if it faded to complete black. This goes for the zoom out plate effect which doesn't line up at the bottom of the box correctly and leaves a bit of an untidy gap.
An odd thing I noticed by accident was that when hovering over the menu items they flicker if you move the pointer down over the flash animation - only happens in MF not IE7 - probably no big issue anyway.
The menu item 'JIDLA' displays a selection of meals in thumbnail format - when you roll over it you get an enlarged view which often covers some of the other thumbnails which you then have to move your mouse off the page to reveal them again. I found this to be annoying.
Do visitors to the site really need to see an enlarged view of the meal?
Perhaps a more effective and informative solution would be just to have the smaller pics and the rollover shows an enticing description of the ingredients of the meal and the preparation involved.

I love the spotlight effect in the main banner.
Note: the issue below is probably the most important that you may need to look into.
IE7: In the photo's section on mouse over the rollovers don't work correctly sometimes displaying seemingly at random a black box instead of the highlighted pic - there is no such issue with Firefox.
The YouTube inset image is cut off on the right side.
-- Overall I love the simple, clean and uncluttered look of all 3 sites.
-- Once again I apologise if I have been a bit picky. Obviously I have too much time on my hands and should be working on my own sight!:)
