More Accurate Page Ranking

I have a Google page ranking of 2 out of a possible 10. Is there a other Ranking methods that would give you say 1 out of a 1000. This would help me follow my progress better..

When the rating is carried to 10 decimal places, how long before someone asks for 15?

PR values are whole numbers. That's it.
