Please review this site: http://twistedisland.com/
I've worked on it alot recently and needed some fellow people to see how its turning out. It's a social networking site.
I'm creating another site, and it will be done shorty. Ill post it when it's done!
Wow - the design is quite overpowering. It's hard to concentrate on one thing because of the visual distractions.
- I suggest you ditching the bi-color text, for one, because the viewer doesn't have an idea "why" you're doing that -- is part of it a link that triggers some action?
- I also suggest selecting one form of navigation. You've got two versions of the same navigation there, sort of like you couldn't sacrifice one design idea so you put both ;). If you think the moving links are cool but obtrusive, ditch them. People come to a site for content anyway -- those types of effects become passe after the second visit.
- The banner image (but at the bottom) doesn't really fit into the color scheme or the container too well (it's about 10px too wide, bleeding into your lateral padding). You might revisit this image, work on getting it to blend in with your color scheme and your otherwise simple layout, rather than stick out and say "look at me!"
Good Luck! :)

Thanks alot!
Great advice!
I really needed it!
Ill change these things:
-Make text headers one (1) color.
-Take out the multi-colored navigation
-Make the TWISTED ISLAND picture to the left of the people match the color cheme
Thanks!

Your "Find Somebody" seems to be far more important than the Community News or Welcome message, yet it is below the page fold. This means that for those running lesser resolution monitors, they won't even see it.
Sometimes that little fault will cause someone to leave the website. You have a great deal of gap between your sections, I'd suggest closing that up and moving your "Find Somebody" right below the Login area.
Throughout the homepage there seems to be a great deal of whitespace, I'd recommend tightening that up.
The mirrored reflection on your logo is also a bit distracting, I'd tone down the opacity on the "mirrored" portion itself. If it was at 100% i'd drop it to 50%. You only want to give the user a small sense of a reflection, you don't want to throw it in their face.
