Paypal Paid

I am in Panama, and this country does not accept Paypal when it comes to being paid. That is, I can give you money using Paypal, but no one can pay me. Unbelievable, but true. Blame corruption and third-worldness for it.

Now, how can I solve this problem without relying on someone overseas? No one in my family is computer-literate, so no one will help.

Can I get a prepaid credit card from another country? Would that allow me to receive money from Paypal?
