I have a online store. I use Miva for my shopping cart and AuthorizeNet for CC transactions. My site is being hosted by Interland. I have had thousands of fraudulent transactions come via my site. I have installed a QWKGUARD module to lock out these abusers. QWKGUARD only locks out at a certain interval. I have also blocked access via the .htaccess file. They still appear to be getting access to put trasactions through. Any ideas or other security measures I can take. My hosting company says there is nothing they can do????
PLEASE HELP

You can use a login system where they must provide a valid email and delete accounts. The problem with ip banning is ip addresses change. Like a 56k user only has to reconnect to the internet and they have a new one and cable users can call their provider and wait a day or two. Putting a cookie on their box or just locking them out for the session wont work either because they can clear their temporary internet files, so really there is no sure fire way, but your best bet would be to use a login system where a user must provide a valid email or something and you send them the pass in the mail etc.
