ASP Blogging Apps??

Are there any open source blog apps that run under ASP? Or do they ALL run under PHP?

Client isn't sure if they want a Unix or Windows Server platform, but they do want a blog. Does PHP work on both Unix and Windows without any plug-ins? I figure that if the pages are going to be ASP, the platform SHOULD be Windows Server since ASP is native to Windows. But I assumed that PHP only works on Unix Servers.

Okay.. I did some research. No, ASP will not work under Unix. No, PHP will not work under Windows. Client is going with Windows platform. Looking for open source ASP blogging app. Anybody know of one? Google isn't providing the answer.
