Web Design - In need of critique

I would appreciate any and all comments about this design... so don't hold back.
I've been designing for about 1-2 years and I always feel the graphical aspect has been my weakness (i am more of a coder).

I am still brainstorming what to do with the top header, it still seems kind of plain. But this is an updated version of what i posted yesterday.

Fairly good, solid structure and easy on the eye. I feel though that it all blends in a little too much. This is much because of the same colour used as in the background. IMHO the green boxes next to the content aren't needed, maybe use some standard big quotation marks etc. Also consider removing the google ads, you are a business and the money is coming from selling your services, right? Besides the google ads would probably link to some competitor's site.

i agree with mania - in everything said including the google ads.

it's a great layout though - it looks really nice.
