Affiliate/Advertising Program Suggestions Please

I was looking online at affiliate/advertising programs to advertise on my website so that I can make some money. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion for a affiliate/advertising program that is a "good payer" or a site that isn't to bad for paying money.:rolleyes: The adverts I would like are banner ads by the way.
