attach email address to web form?

Not a strict newbie, but never did this before-

I am placing a dialog? box type form on our website-
So visitors can type in a question-
(I guess it would be just like this form here!)

I managed to get form there, along with the 'submit' and 'reset'
buttons.

Where I'm stuck is:
Now how do I tell it to send whatever has been typed in this form
to my particular email address?

Is this a server-side thing?

I realize this is probably a simple thing, but its early, and I havent had my coffee!
