Hi guys,

I have embedded a flash mp3 player on my site, but I want to make it where it continually plays no matter where the visitor is on the site. Is this possible without having a flash website? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan

You can do that with frames.

I thought about that but I hate frames and don't really want to use them. I don't mind placing the player on every page, but it would seem a lot better to have it play continuously as apposed to having to start over every time the visitor changes pages. I may end up just putting different songs on each page, or just rearrange the order.

Thanks for the reply,

Dont forget to put a stop button so that it is easy to find, or you might just annoy your visitors.

You can accomplish this much easier with a javascript instead of flash. I've done this before using the apple quicktime scripts. Basically it cahces the song on the clients computer and continues to play while they navigate the site. It wont be as nice looking as a flash player, but it will function correctly.

unfortunatly short of making the whole site frames or just a certain little section where just your song is, it is not possible with flash. it will keep reloading the song everytime you go to a new page.
