Need to put DVD on website!

I have a DVD that I need to rip and convert to AVI or WMV so that I can put it on my website.

My boss has told me to stay between $200-$300 when purchasing a program. I would really like for the program not only to be able to rip and convert DVD's, but also be able to burn/copy existing DVD's, does anyone know of a good reliable program that preform all of these functions that I can purchase online?

All you have to do is Google DVD ripper. There's a plethora of apps and some are under $100. It depends on whether you are using a PC or Mac. Magic DVD Ripper comes to mind although I've never used it. Also check out this site:

here's a tutorial that worked perfectly for me... just make sure to follow the instructions, and don't skip any steps (i had a friend that was skipping steps and wondered why it wouldn't work)

and there are some free dvd rippers (http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=free+dvd+ripper&meta=) too but you have to try each of them to find out which one suits your needs best.
