.NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0

Is it Ok to have both .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 on the same server?, if so are there any special considerations, installation processes I need to follow.

I've got both frameworks and the 2003 and 2005 version of Visual Studio.NET running on my PC without any issues. i have a web server running 1.1 and 2.0 without any issues so far.
