Some Type Of Mailer

Ok here is what I need, I have a form that I need the person to attach a file to, any type of file, and send it via email thru a form. I have a PHP mailer, and cannot figure out how to make attachemnts be able to be mailed, and I have posted that plenty of time in the PHP section. Any susggestions here would be great

There's documentation, faq, examples, mailing list and a tutorial.
They couldn't make it easier.

Yeah I saw all that but im about ready to go to Kuwait, and the thing is, I already have a mailer setup, I just needed the code for the PHP to accep[t files
