help please

i chose to host with www.web-mania.com
after like one week of hosting i can no longer see my sites up and running www.ipgl.net and www.workforcebank.co.uk

why is this? i have emailed them demanding an explanation
ASAP :( duno
can i complain or something or should i demand something from them? how does this work?

The only way to find out is to contact your hosting provider. Whether you can claim or demand something from them depends on what's written in the contract and the general conditions. If you ask them, they're obliged to supply you with a free copy of their general conditions.
