broadcasting audio or video easiest ?

to broadcast a audio type radio station or even a video/audio
signal to a group of approx 100-200 using a broadband connection what would be the easiest , simplest choice ?

Windows Media Services 4ever!

I've been working with Real, QuickTime, basic MPEG4 servers and Windows Media solutions for over 3 years now and I must say that Windows Media Services until now provides me with the necessary solutions (although I'm not personally really into working with anything that gains Billy Gates)
