Colapsing Flash object - Div Tags Moves up?

I will explain as best I can what I would like to do. Here goes...

I will have a flash object that is 500px wide by 300px in height.

The flash object will have the ability to close. I would like the div element under the flash player to move up when the flash player closes.

Is this possible?

yes it is but it requires java....
