3d component

My aim is for viewers of my site to be able to look around at a 3d model showing my Trompe L'oeil work. I have built a 3d model in 3d studio max complete with my Trompe L'oeil images mapped to the walls. How do i incorporate this into a web site so they can freely look around and it not just be a movie? What software do I need? Can it be done in Flash? or do i need to do the site in Dreamweaver etc?
Any help would be much appreciated
