hello again :)

once again I have a html coding question. This time it's regarding another site I am trying to build. A fancy dress costumes site actually.

The Question !

Here's what I have
I have a page full of thumbnailed images(of costumes), which when each is clicked, open up the larger image in a new window on it's own.

Here's what I want to do
I would like to have a custom message in the NEW window (with the larger image) which tells the user to close that window to continue browsing, or whatever i choose to write.

Please can somebody give me a pointer in how do I go about doing this?

The reason...
We all know that it's a whole lot easier to account for the not-so-computer-orientated people in the beginning, and to expect the most obvious mistakes to be made. I really want to cover these simple issues to make the site as friendly as possible, whilst at the same time not seem patronising.

Thanks everybody :)

yes you must be a man, even if you are a woMAN. heh

thanks very much for the help :) i really should try harder and not become dependant on other people to help me, but i gotta get this site finished asap.

saw a quote earlier that amused me

"...there are too many stupid people in the world, let's take the warning labels off of everything and let the problem sort itself... "

heh.

right back to the grindstone. thanks again.
