Do you have a pop-up blocker on... because it is supposed to pop up into afixed window size.( the first message/link ) Is this not good practice to do?

I don't have a normal popup blocker, but my firewall (like many business firewalls) seems to block most popups. So it's not really good practice to do so. However, in your case, I suggest you make that little picture a hyperlink, so anyone who doesn't get the popup can use the link. How does that sound?
