Don't know how to post properly

I just reposted on my thread, asking another question, but ithe icon in front of the thread says no new posts. How do I change this so someone will look at it and answer my question?

Since you're the one that the created the post, you've by default already read it, therefore, for you, there are no new posts. Everyone else will see that it's a new one.
