Making "First", "Next" and "Back" links on a comic

I have a forum which has a comic on it. So far, I've only made one comic. I'm planning on adding a First, Back, and Next links below the comic like most online comics.

Can anyone recommend a CMS that I can integrate to my forum to do this? If you don't think that a CMS would be a good idea, then how would you do it?
