pop-up link won't highlight

I am not overly techy - so you may need to talk slow to me, but hopefully someone will be able to give me some direction!

I have site with a small pop-up gallery section. I created it by adding a behavior to open a new browser window because I wanted to be able to set the dimensions of the page. Everything works fine, but the links on the main page don't highlight when you scroll over them, so they don't look like links - and I am afraid that people won't know they are clickable. Is there any way to fix this?
