how do you become a moderator?
can you even volenteer?
this is in the wrong spot cuase the feedback one almost knowone looks at

I am not sure about this but I belive you have to be over the age of 18 and have been here long enough for pete to really trust you. Pyro is 18 or 19 I believe.
EDIT: Yea I looked in his profile hes 19. That means all of the moderators are over 18 I am noticing a trend how about you?

yeah i kinda guessed there would be an age limit, i am over 18 yes mite ask pete but dont want to annoy him lol

Actually, it would be a question for the administrator, Compguy Pete, but I'll try to give some insight:

First of all, as PeOfEo stated, Pete is not going to want to have to worry about "moderating his moderators" so to speak. They are going to be users who have been around for a while, and Pete knows that are responsible and mature (wonder how I slipped through :p).

Barring something that I don't know, I don't think there is an age minimum. But, I'd think it'd probably be odd to have a moderator much under 18, for the above mentioned reasons.

and as for how do you become a moderator

I'm afraid that I hand pick all my moderators... it's not something you can just toss your name in a hat for.

Much like the google ranking system my system for picking mods is just as secret.

WHat I will say is this... be a good member do not start fights and be helpful.

No hes saying the pete likes to peck peck peck at you until there is nothing left but a sad shell of a man. He chooses his moderators by taking the ones who have the most pecks.
