Manually Selected V Scrolling Text in IE 4

Does anyone have a manual (onmouseover) vertical up and down text scroller that functions properly in IE4? I have a few that I have used, but they are only good in IE 5 and up.

This is where the text on the page moves up or down according to the mouse over the up or down button (graphic)

Too much text for an applet.
